Can I customize my piece of furniture? 

Sure! Every piece is crafted especially for you. Please let us now if you need any changes in design or hardware. 

I have my own design in mind, can you craft it for me? 

Please fill the custom order form and we will work together on your project! 

Shipping 

Where do you ship from? 

All of our shipments originate from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. 

USA Shipping 

Shipping to all continental states 

Method: UPS with tracking Delivery time: 3-7 business days. 

Canada Shipping 

Shipping to most places in Canada. Please contact us if you live in remote locations. 

Method: UPS with tracking Delivery time: 1-7 business days. 

Do you provide tracking? 

Yes, all shipping options have tracking which is emailed to you when your order ships. 

You do not ship to my country. What can I do? 

Please contact us and we will check the available options for your country 

Will I have to pay any import duties or taxes? 

There is no border charges for our customers in US. 

If you live outside Canada and US, there is potential that your order may be assessed for duties and/or taxes. This is entirely dependent on your country's import regulations. Typically, the higher the order value, the more likely it will be assessed for duties and/or taxes. 

Returns 

Do you accept returns? 


Due to the custom, hand crafted nature of our furniture we normally do not except the returns, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will find a way to make it right!
